Do dust mites make you sick?
They may do if you have a runny nose, eczema, asthma, conjunctivitis, ear problems, sore throat or other allergic conditions. Try these questions:
Do you wake up at night or in the morning with discomfort from your eczema, a runny nose, sneezing or asthma?
Do you sneeze, get itchy hands and face or become breathless during bed making and vacuuming?
Have you had a positive skin test to mites?
Do you feel better outside the house?
If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions then you are likely to have dust mite allergy.
