James Bond investigates Hugo Drax, a respected industrialist, after a security breach at his high-tech Moonraker rocket project. Initially focused on cheating at bridge, Bond soon uncovers Drax's true, terrifying plan: using the British-funded missile, which is secretly armed with a nuclear warhead, to attack London. Aided by agents Gala Brand and M's chief of staff, Bond races against time to expose Drax's double identity as a Nazi operative seeking revenge and successfully diverts the rocket, saving Britain from destruction.
