Each day's reading is based on a passage from the Old Testament and a related passage from the New Testament; on these Dr. Simcox comments with the insight and the understanding of his readers which is evident in his earlier books. His intention here is not to attempt to 'give answers' but to stimulate the reader's own meditation and discovery.
