Condition: Brown leather covers which has heavy bumping and damage to spine. The front cover is almost completely loose from binding. Pages have no ink or pencil marks, are slightly tanned and have several illustrations. Small hole to the bottom of the first four pages. Engraved illustration of Congreve to frontispiece. rom the library of Noel Thomas Ellison and signed by him dated 1826. I believe this to be the Revd Ellison who married Maria Jane Trevelyan.
